After spending 20 years in the music business as a marketing executive, Barbara Jones felt drawn to create a space where brands and agencies could harness the power of social media influencers. After founding One2One Network and co-founding BlissDom Events in 2008 and then evolving to form the integrated social media agency Blissful Media Group, she has become a sought-after social media and influencer marketing consultant and speaker.
Barbara and her family love being active in their community, including being active on the board of the local teen center, and they pretty much enjoy all winter sports. She happily lives and works in Greenwich, CT, but dreams of living full-time in the mountains and snowboarding whenever possible. After all, she’s mastered composing emails on her iPhone from a chairlift without dropping it (yet), and it would be a shame for that skill to go to waste.
As President of One2One Network and a partner in the integrated brand agency, Blissful Media Group, Paula is accustomed to wearing many hats and juggling a lot of responsibilities. That’s a skill she perfected when she helped co-found United Rentals, Inc., the world’s largest equipment rental company. While there, she assumed broad responsibilities, but focused on business development through acquisitions, strategic planning, risk analysis, financial analysis, and public relations. One2One Network benefits from all of this experience as Paula guides the daily efforts of One2One.
Never forgetting her humble beginnings as a paper delivery girl, Paula works tirelessly to help women assert their economic clout — when she’s not spending time with her husband and two amazing daughters.

Before she joined the One2One Network team, Amber was a mover and shaker in the music industry. She learned the ropes of grassroots and digital lifestyle marketing as she worked to promote both platinum and developing artists. That experience comes in handy these days as she oversees the marketing campaigns for One2One Network. Her degree from the University of Southern California’s distinguished Annenberg School for Communication doesn’t hurt either. Today, this California native is enjoying life with her newly minted husband in New York City.
Project Manager / Community Manager
Malia Carden joined the One2One Network team as a social media consultant to provide support for the Twitter and Facebook accounts, but with skills like hers, it wasn’t long before she was managing the entire One2One Network community. Nowadays you’ll find her running campaigns and taking names as a Project Manager by matching up O2O members with brands that fit their lives. Malia hails from Nashville, TN with her husband and two children, takes too many photos of her food, and believes that someday something she posts on the Internet will go viral.
Maryellen joined One2One Network in 2009 as Barbara’s Jill-of-all-trades intern. She graduated from the University of Connecticut in May 2011 on a Friday, and started full-time at BMG the following Monday. Maryellen manages One2One Network’s beauty & fashion campaigns, creatively aligning brands and key influencers in the digital realm. She geeks out over Web analytics, has a PhD in TweetReach Pro, is always on the lookout for the newest social media young guns, and thinks in 140 characters or less.
After taking on the PR world for almost four years, Brittany joined One2One Network in 2014 as a Project Manager. From day one, Brittany jumped in with both feet helping to ensure the success of influencer campaigns and client goals with a high attention to detail. Aside from her love of social media, Brittany is a diehard sports fan and can talk your ear off about her favorite New York teams. She graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2010 and still proudly shows her Bobcat Pride.
