(Effective as of 1/2014)
- Collection and Sharing of Information
We may collect two types of information from users of our Site: “Personally Identifiable information” (such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, birth date, etc.) and “aggregate information” (such as frequency of visits to the Site, Site pages most frequently accessed, IP address, browser type, marital status, household income, etc.). We use this information in an effort to improve your experience on the Site and to communicate with you about various project directives. We may also use this information to make offers to you and to help us develop and improve our Site.
- Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
We only collect Personally Identifiable information that is voluntarily provided by users of the Site when users register on the Site as a One2One Network Member (“Network Member(s)”). For example, when you register on the Site, you may be required to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and birth date.
- Collection of Aggregate information
We also collect aggregate information, which is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information, such as frequency of visits to the Site, Site pages most frequently accessed, IP address, browser type, marital status and household income. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.
- Sharing, Selling, and Trading Personally Identifiable Information Collected Online with Third Parties
We will not sell, share, trade or otherwise disclose Personally Identifiable Information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share Personally Identifiable Information with third party service providers, such as shipping companies or companies who send e-mail communications on our behalf. These third parties are not authorized to retain, share, store or use your Personally Identifiable Information for any purpose other than completion of the services for which they were hired.
In addition, in the following circumstances we may share or transfer Personally Identifiable Information to unrelated third parties: (i) to comply with a legal requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us; (ii) to investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; (iii) in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of our company; or (iv) when we believe it is appropriate to do so to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company or other persons.
- Sharing, Selling and Trading Aggregate Information Collected Online With Third Parties
We may sell, share or trade compiled aggregate information with third parties. As stated earlier, no single person can be identified by such aggregate information.
- Mobile Phone Communications
From time to time, we may offer communications via SMS to your mobile device. We will not sell, share, or transfer any Personally Identifiable Information to unrelated third parties, unless it is (i) to comply with a legal requirement, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us; (ii) to investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; (iii) in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of our company; or (iv) when we believe it is appropriate to do so to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company or other persons.
Should you choose to opt-in to receiving communications from Us through SMS to your mobile device, you shall be responsible for any associated fees and costs related to your receipt of these types of messages. We will never request that you submit sensitive information over SMS to Us. If you are ever concerned with the validity of the SMS message received from Us you may contact us at email@example.com or through the Site. If, at any time, you wish to no longer receive communications via SMS follow the prompts provided in the message or contact us directly.
- Message Boards/Blogs
On the Site, we may provide message boards or blogs for Network Members to post comments and messages for others to read along with areas for Network Members to submit videos or photos. We may collect technical information about your post, such as the IP address from which you posted, and associate this information with your messages. Even if messages are deleted, we may retain copies and attendant information indefinitely.
When you post messages to the message boards or blogs or when you submit videos or photos to the Site, certain registration information, such as your email address, user name and/or full name, may be available to the public. Also note that any personal information you include in the body of your message or video/photo submission will be available to the public so it is important for you to exercise discretion and appropriate caution when deciding to reveal personally identifiable information in these areas.

- Changes to this Policy
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to One2One. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not request your credit card information, login information, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. For more information about phishing, visit the Federal Trade Commission’s website.
- Breach Notification.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Network in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as it is consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
- International Transfer.
- Business Transfers
In the event that we sell substantially all of our assets, or one of our business units are acquired, Personally Identifiable information of Network Members along with aggregate information collected on the Site will likely be one of the transferred assets.
